Once an order has been processed and shipped, all sales are considered final. This policy helps us ensure that every customer receives brand-new, unused products every time they order.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at fireballoutdoorproducts@gmail.com with your order number and details.
